FEEL-GOOD MOVEMENT. FEEL-NEW RETREATS.

Whether it’s a pilates class that burns and lengthens, or a therapeutic flow designed to bring more ease and mobility into the body, I’m convinced that feel-good movement is the way to go.

It’s a lesson I had to learn myself. For decades, I put a hard load on my body through soccer and HIIT and was tight and achy and overstimulated.

With that personal experience in mind, I’ve crafted a teaching style that focuses on supportive, but effective practices so you can feel open and strong. In all my movement classes, I integrate some amount of breathwork and "wind-downs" to help regulate the nervous system so you can leave the mat feeling balanced and buzzed

In retreat settings, I leverage learnings from 20 years of meditation (a student of Mickey Singer at Temple of the Universe) and my creative writing background to curate experiences that engage and restore.
